By downloading, installing, or using PDF Editor Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
2.1 Trial License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for evaluation purposes for 14 days.
2.2 Subscription License
Upon payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the duration of your subscription.
2.3 Perpetual License
Upon payment of the one-time license fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the version of the Software for which the license was purchased.
3. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to third parties
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
- Remove any proprietary notices from the Software
- Use a single license on more than one computer at a time
4. Team Licenses
Team licenses allow multiple users within the same organization. Each seat is licensed for use by one individual on one computer at a time. License keys may not be shared outside of the purchasing organization.
5. Payment and Refunds
5.1 Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
5.2 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Software within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds will result in license deactivation.
6. Updates and Support
Subscription licenses include all updates and new versions during the subscription period.
Perpetual licenses include free updates to the major version purchased. Access to future major versions may be purchased at a discounted rate.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
9. Termination
We may terminate your license if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
